Purchasing Information

Products can be ordered via our secure online store. Alkoomi Wines processes orders with 256-Bit SSL encryption, the industry standard for secure online transactions. That means your personal information - including your credit card number - is totally protected. Your information is never stored, shared or sold by Alkoomi Wines. If you prefer, you can download and print our order form (Australian customers only) and return it to us by facsimile or post.

Ordering Online

  • Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Alkoomi Wines. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18;
  • Ordering Alkoomi Wines via our secure online transaction facility is the quickest and easiest method of purchasing direct from our winery. Use our secure Online payment facilities for immediate order processing and the shortest handling and shipping time possible;
  • Your credit card details are encrypted and protected by 256-Bit Secure Socket Layer technology using the latest technologies available. We do not store, share or sell these details;
  • All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD);
  • We accept Mastercard and Visa card only. Sorry we do not accept Amex and Diners Club cards at this time;
  • We only deliver within Australian States and Territories;
  • Purchases must be in multiples of 6 or 12 bottles – mixed cases are ok;
  • Freight to Western Australian destinations is $10.00 for a 6 or 12 pack;
  • Freight to all other parts of Australia is $20.00 for a 6 or 12 pack;
  • Freight charges are subsidised by Alkoomi Wines;
  • A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed successfully;
  • Availability of wines is until sold out and are subject to change. In the unlikely event you have purchased a wine that has become sold out, we will contact you and discuss alternatives;

Return & Refund Policy

At Alkoomi Wines we stand by our products, and of course we want you to enjoy the wine you have purchased. If you are unhappy with your wine, we offer a 90 day refund policy for goods and delivery charges on wine returned to our cellar door in good condition. Once the returned goods are delivered to us, you will receive a full refund within approximately 14 days.

Please contact us immediately if there are any faults or breakages that occur during transit.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery to capital cities and surrounding suburbs is within five to seven days. Please allow up to ten days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory);
  • We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries including all Australian street or post office box addresses. In circumstances where no-one is present to receive the delivery, and there are no special delivery instructions, Australia Post will notify you via a card in your letter/post box, directing you to collect your wine from the local post office;
  • Wines of 1 dozen are packaged in either cardboard boxes or foam packs, depending on the destination. Wines of less than 1 dozen are packed in either cardboard boxes or foam packs depending on the destination;
  • International Delivery - please contact us your enquiry and shipping details regarding international deliveries.
